New Builds
At Marton Electrical, we have a wealth of experience when it comes to working with major and well-known housebuilders. We are the go-to company for many sites to carry out electrical work and have provided high-quality full installations for over 5,000 new build properties across our region. Our electricians are fully capable of working on new build homes to provide efficient and consistent results every time. We can offer a range of services for new builds sites, including compound installation, sales suite preparation, First Fix & Second Fix to NHBC standards, working to client specifications and more. Timing and high-quality installation is key when working on new builds and we are confident that our team can deliver. Our electricians are great at what they do and we guarantee quality results every time. We also appreciate that no two projects are the same, so we get to know your goals and figure out how we can better help you in completing your project via site visits and direct communication with your M&E advisors and project managers on-site. Our team will create a detailed schedule and programme of work that will fit alongside your other contractors. We go through first fix, second fix and thorough testing to ensure that the system is functioning and operating as outlined in the design. Once complete, we carry out a handover briefing you on all of the work that has been carried out, any next steps and anything else you might require. In addition to these services we also offer door system installation, the installation of fire alarms and emergency lighting, installation of CCTV systems for site security as well as dedicated burglar and security systems to help keep your site and homes safe.
